Summer’s professional journey includes impactful roles as an English Teacher at Belpre City School District, English Teacher at Springfield City Schools, Reading Interventionist at Holyoke Public Schools, and English Teacher at Southwick Tolland Regional School District. In each position, she implemented innovative teaching strategies, conducted comprehensive assessments, and championed student success.
Her leadership extended beyond classrooms, serving as Camp Director and Senior Camp Coordinator with Easthampton Parks & Recreation Department, where she managed operations, built strong teams, and fostered community connections. Her expertise in curriculum development, program management, and team building shines through these endeavors.
As the Founder and CEO of Mosaic Minds Consulting, LLC, Summer leads with authenticity, creating cultures of belonging and driving measurable outcomes. Her consulting work is complemented by her role at T-Mobile, where she supports K-12 education through visionary solutions.
